The purpose of\u00a0this Privacy Policy is\u00a0to determine the\u00a0principles under which Solaris Bus\u00a0& Coach sp. z\u00a0o.o., ul. Obornicka 46, Bolechowo-Osiedle, 62-005 Owi\u0144ska, Poland (“Company<\/strong>“, “Solaris<\/strong>“), as\u00a0a data controller, processes your personal data on\u00a0webpages belonging to\u00a0the Company.<\/p>\n In case of\u00a0questions or\u00a0doubts regarding this Privacy Policy or\u00a0if the\u00a0User wants to\u00a0exercise his\/her rights regarding personal data processing, use\u00a0the following contact details:<\/p>\n Solaris Bus\u00a0& Coach sp. z\u00a0o.o., This Privacy Policy applies to\u00a0the storage and\u00a0processing of\u00a0personal data of\u00a0people using Website of\u00a0the Company (“Users<\/strong>“). User’s personal data are\u00a0collected and\u00a0processed depending on\u00a0the User’s method of\u00a0using Website.<\/p>\n When using the Website, Solaris may collect, among others, the following User data: IP address, browser type and version, device type (e.g. mobile, desktop), operating system, information about the Internet service provider (ISP), date and time of the visit, information about the traffic source (e.g. referrer, marketing campaign), pages visited on the website, time spent on each page, navigation data (e.g. navigation paths, clicks on links), language preferences and cookie preferences of the User, User’s consent to various types of cookies, information about the User’s activities in relation to cookies ( e.g. acceptance\/rejection).<\/p>\n Solaris takes all\u00a0reasonable steps to\u00a0ensure appropriate security measures to\u00a0protect the\u00a0personal data of\u00a0Users. The\u00a0security measures implemented by\u00a0Solaris are\u00a0adequate to\u00a0the risk related to\u00a0personal data processing and\u00a0they are\u00a0consistent with the\u00a0information security framework adopted by\u00a0Solaris and\u00a0with the\u00a0management principles and\u00a0procedures.<\/p>\n A Page may\u00a0include links to\u00a0other webpages, e.g. watching a\u00a0video. Such webpages operate independently of\u00a0Sites and\u00a0they may\u00a0have their own\u00a0privacy policies or\u00a0data processing principles which the\u00a0Company recommends that Users should read if\u00a0they are\u00a0using webpages to\u00a0which the\u00a0links direct. The\u00a0Company does not\u00a0provide such entities with any\u00a0personal data of\u00a0Users.<\/p>\n The Company processes personal data\u00a0for\u00a0the purposes resulting from the\u00a0legitimate interests pursued by\u00a0Solaris as\u00a0a data controller: in\u00a0order to\u00a0market services and\u00a0products of\u00a0Solaris, including in\u00a0order to\u00a0inform about the\u00a0events held by\u00a0Solaris or\u00a0about Solaris operations (e.g. by\u00a0newsletters), as\u00a0well as\u00a0for administrative or\u00a0statistical purposes, in\u00a0order to\u00a0ensure ICT\u00a0security of\u00a0Pages, to\u00a0create back-up copies, for\u00a0marketing purposes and\u00a0in order to\u00a0improve the\u00a0quality of\u00a0operation of\u00a0the Page (legal basis – Art. 6(1)(f) of\u00a0GDPR);<\/p>\n The recipients of\u00a0User’s personal data may\u00a0be, in\u00a0particular, entities related directly or\u00a0indirectly to\u00a0Solaris, in\u00a0particular in\u00a0organisational or\u00a0personal terms, as\u00a0well as\u00a0external service providers (e.g. members of CAF Group, entities providing IT\u00a0service, including cloud computing).<\/p>\n User’s personal data may\u00a0be transferred to\u00a0entities related directly or\u00a0indirectly with Solaris, located in\u00a0the countries outside the\u00a0European Economic Area, including to\u00a0Switzerland.\u00a0 In\u00a0case when such countries do\u00a0not guarantee an\u00a0adequate level of\u00a0data protection, Solaris shall take appropriate steps to\u00a0guarantee adequate protection of\u00a0your personal data by\u00a0implementing Standard Contractual Clauses approved by\u00a0the European Commission or\u00a0by applying other solutions. The\u00a0copies of\u00a0the instruments used will be\u00a0available in\u00a0the Company for\u00a0inspection.<\/p>\n In the\u00a0situations referred to\u00a0in the\u00a0regulations, Users whose personal data are\u00a0processed by\u00a0Solaris shall have the\u00a0right to\u00a0access their data, to\u00a0have them rectified or\u00a0deleted, to\u00a0restrict the\u00a0processing of\u00a0personal data.<\/p>\n To the\u00a0extent that Solaris processes your data for\u00a0the purposes of\u00a0the legitimate interest pursuant to\u00a0Art. 6(1)(f) of\u00a0GDPR, you\u00a0have the\u00a0right to\u00a0object to\u00a0the processing of\u00a0personal data.<\/p>\n Notwithstanding the\u00a0foregoing, the\u00a0User shall also have the\u00a0right to\u00a0lodge a\u00a0complaint with the\u00a0supervisory authority, i.e. the\u00a0President of\u00a0the Office for\u00a0Personal Data Protection.<\/p>\n 8.1<\/strong> Pages use\u00a0small files, referred to\u00a0as cookies. They are\u00a0stored by\u00a0Solaris on\u00a0the computer of\u00a0a visitor to\u00a0the Page if\u00a0web browser settings allow it. A\u00a0cookie typically contains the\u00a0name of\u00a0the domain from which it\u00a0originates, its\u00a0“time lapse” and\u00a0an individual, randomly selected number identifying the\u00a0file. The\u00a0information collected through cookies help to\u00a0customize scope and type of information to\u00a0individual preferences and\u00a0real needs of\u00a0visitors to\u00a0the Page. It\u00a0also offers the\u00a0opportunity to\u00a0develop the\u00a0overall statistics of\u00a0visits to\u00a0presented materials on\u00a0the Site or\u00a0views of\u00a0individual Pages.<\/p>\n 8.2.<\/strong> Solaris uses two\u00a0types of\u00a0cookies:<\/p>\n Session cookies<\/u>: at\u00a0the end\u00a0of a\u00a0browser session or\u00a0shutting down the\u00a0computer the\u00a0collected information is\u00a0deleted from the\u00a0device’s memory. The\u00a0mechanism of\u00a0session cookies does not\u00a0allow to\u00a0collect any\u00a0personal data or\u00a0any confidential information from the\u00a0Users’ computers.<\/p>\n Persistent cookies<\/u>: are\u00a0stored in\u00a0the memory of\u00a0the User’s terminal device and\u00a0remain there until they are\u00a0deleted or\u00a0they expire. The\u00a0mechanism of\u00a0persistent cookies does not\u00a0allow to\u00a0collect any\u00a0personal data or\u00a0any confidential information from the\u00a0Users’ computers.<\/p>\n 8.3.<\/strong> Solaris uses its\u00a0own cookies<\/u> to\u00a0properly configure the\u00a0 Page, and\u00a0in particular to\u00a0remember the\u00a0history of\u00a0visited Pages or\u00a0sub-pages or\u00a0in order to\u00a0recommend contents.<\/p>\n 8.4.<\/strong> The names, types, file providers, purposes of their processing and expiration date of cookies used by Solaris are included in point 10 of the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n 8.5.<\/strong> The\u00a0cookies mechanism is\u00a0safe for\u00a0Users’ computers. In\u00a0particular, is\u00a0not possible for\u00a0viruses or\u00a0other unwanted software or\u00a0malware to\u00a0get into the\u00a0Users’ computers in\u00a0that way. However, Users may\u00a0limit or\u00a0disable cookies’ access to\u00a0their computers in\u00a0their browsers. Select “Settings” and\u00a0then “Clear browsing history…”. Select according to\u00a0the options related to\u00a0cookies.<\/p>\n The Company reserves the\u00a0right to\u00a0change the\u00a0Privacy Policy. Any\u00a0changes made by\u00a0the Company to\u00a0the Privacy Policy in\u00a0the future will be\u00a0published at\u00a0www.solarisbus.com; they will be\u00a0effective only for\u00a0the future and\u00a0they will come into force the day of publication of\u00a0the modified Privacy Policy. If\u00a0possible, visit our\u00a0site regularly to\u00a0check for\u00a0updates to\u00a0our Privacy Policy.
