Green hydrogen – the future of clean transport
Green hydrogen is the cleanest and most environmentally friendly form of hydrogen available today. It is produced through the electrolysis of water using renewable energy sources such as wind farms, solar power plants, or hydropower. The process emits no carbon dioxide (CO₂).
In public transport, green hydrogen is an ideal fuel for hydrogen-powered buses. It can serve as the foundation of a local or regional energy system – supporting not only the development of zero-emission public transport, but also low-carbon heating and industrial applications.
